Every elopement photographer ever will tell you they’re more than just a photographer. But good lawd, if it ain’t the truth.

Because as yours, I’ll be researching permits, sharing vendor recs, and sending over location guides (trail info, parking recs, and the bathroom sitch included). Hell, I even hike the entire route the day before to double-check everything’s good to go. 

And the day of? I’ll be there for everything from keeping an eye on our schedule to holding your bouquet while you tie your shoes. 

My job’s to support you with whatever you need, step back when you want the moment to yourselves, and deliver killer elopement photography that documents the belly laughs and the stunning views.

I’ll present personalized resources to you two that map out specific locations, permits needed, lodging options, cool activities, good food recs, wedding vendors to book, and more. In other words, you’ll have help every step of the way.

We’ll work together to create your elopement timeline, nailing down where we’ll head, what we’ll do, and when it will all go down. And on the day of, I’ll keep things moving along (while making room for chilling), so you don’t have to think twice about the schedule.

Multiple check-in calls

Not only will I spend time getting to know you two (we’re talking everything from how you met to your hiking style and fav snacks), but I’ll be checking in with you throughout the entire planning process to make sure everything’s coming together just the way you want it to.

We truly and honestly didn’t feel stressed once our entire elopement day. 

We live in Florida and really wanted someone who was local to Acadia so we could trust their experiences with locations and backup plans. Erica did such a great job explaining options and sharing photos to help us get excited. 

She truly listened to our vision, was an amazing hype woman, made sure we stayed on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and eased our nerves. She let us do our thing while giving guidance on poses and locations, and made it all feel so natural.

We get together

You make the first move, we hop on a Zoom call, and if it feels like a hell yes on both sides, we make it official. From there, I'll send over your planning guide, get you set up in your client portal, and learn all about what makes you two tick so we can start creating an experience that feels authentically you.

We build the vision

We'll talk through your vision, your must-haves, and what an incredible day looks like to you. Need help narrowing down locations? Deciding how much hiking is actually fun? Wondering whether you should grab beers after your vows or book a private chef? I'm happy to share ideas and help you build a day that feels like your version of perfect.

we plan some more

As your day gets closer, we'll hop on another call to finalize the details like timing, meeting spots, logistics, and any backup plans in case Mother Nature decides to keep things interesting.

we get hyped

As the countdown begins, I'll be just a text away for any last-minute questions. Before your elopement, I'll scout the area, check conditions, and make sure everything is looking good so you can show up feeling excited, confident, and ready to soak it all in.

You get married!!
